Casual Acquaintance
Casual Acquaintance is a video featuring a passage of Tender Buttons by Gertrude Stein. The words made me think about gender identity, dysphoria, and transformation. I decided to make a video using my own body as a canvas for the words, letting them write, drip, and peel off and onto me.
