Giving Day Social Media Posts
During my internship with the Classics Department at Boston University, I designed a series of social media posts to be posted throughout the day on Giving Day, a day dedicated to recruiting donations. Our robust social media campaign ensured that we reached many potential donors, including one that commented “Thank you to whoever runs the Classics Dept social media! Your posts definitely prompted me to give yesterday!”
It turned out to be the most successful Giving Day ever for the Classics Department. We brought in the most money of any department in the College of Arts and Sciences as well as having the second greatest number of individual gifts.
