BU Naturally
BU Naturally is a natural and curly hair based organization at Boston University whose goals are to inspire and uplift individuals to love and appreciate their natural hair. As part of the Design team on the Executive Board, I designed the BU Naturally logo that is used on all emails, the Instagram, and shirts.
We wanted to make sure that everyone of any gender or race felt welcomed by BU Naturally. Therefore, it was important to include a masculine and feminine element in the logo and also omit skin color. I was excited to create a logo that celebrated all people with natural and curly hair.
